Terms of Use

Effective May 26, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the Mach Inference Corp. website at machinference.com and any associated demo or evaluation services we provide. By accessing the site or any demo API endpoint, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Demo API access

Demo API access is granted at our sole discretion, on a time-limited and revocable basis, for evaluation purposes only. You agree:

  • Not to use the demo for production workloads.
  • Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying configuration, recipe, weights, kernels, or any other Mach intellectual property.
  • Not to share, sub-license, or transfer your access credentials to any third party.
  • Not to exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls.

3. Confidentiality

Any non-public technical information disclosed to you during an evaluation — including benchmark results, configuration parameters, internal performance numbers, and roadmap items — is confidential and may not be shared, published, or used to inform competing efforts without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property

All content, recipes, configurations, source code, and trademarks ("MACH," "Mach Inference," and the chevron mark) are owned by Mach Inference Corp. No license is granted by access to the site or a demo API except as explicitly stated in a written licensing agreement.

5. No warranty

The site and any demo or evaluation service are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Benchmark figures published on this site are measurements of specific configurations under specific conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in your environment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mach Inference Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or any demo service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed CAD $100.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (confidentiality, IP, no warranty, liability) will do so.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montréal, Québec.
