Privacy Policy

Effective May 26, 2026

1. Who we are

Mach Inference Corp. ("Mach," "we," "us") is a Canadian federal corporation in the process of incorporation, operating from Montréal, Québec, Canada. We provide LLM inference optimization recipes for NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs to enterprise customers. Until incorporation is finalized, operations are conducted by the founding operator pending registration.

2. Information we collect

When you interact with this site, we may collect:

  • Demo request information: name, company, business email, model interest, and the use-case description you voluntarily submit via the demo-access form.
  • Demo API usage data: if you are granted a temporary API key, we log the requests issued against that key — timestamp, endpoint, prompt and completion token counts, latency, and key identifier. We do not retain prompt content beyond the duration of the demo session unless you explicitly request a transcript.
  • Standard web logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages visited, retained for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

We use the information to:

  • Respond to demo requests and qualify prospective customers.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the demo API.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use submitted information for advertising. We do not share information with third parties except service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. infrastructure hosting) under written agreements that require comparable protection.

4. Retention

Demo request submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Demo API usage logs are retained for 12 months for security and dispute resolution. Web logs are retained for 90 days.

5. Your rights

If you are in Québec, Canada, or another jurisdiction with similar laws (Canada PIPEDA, Québec Law 25, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.

6. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in jurisdictions outside Canada, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
